I am authorised by the Venetian Jewish Community to explain the interiors of the Synagogues and the Jewish Museum. Upon request, you can enjoy an exclusive guided visit inside two stunning 16th-century Baroque synagogues: the Levantine Synagogue and the Spanish Synagogue. During the visit you will admire elegant Baroque interiors and decorations created by the finest Venetian craftsmen, while being guided by an expert guide specialised in Jewish heritage in Venice.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

What the tour includes:
We start from San Geremia Church to admire the Ponte delle Guglie, the historic entrance to the Old Ghetto, the exterior of Campiello delle Scole and Campo del Ghetto Novo.
On request, it is possible to visit the interiors of the Levantine and Spanish Synagogues. Important: the synagogues are closed to the public on Saturdays and during Jewish holidays. Please contact me in advance to plan your visit.
